So, yesterday I was in Kansas City. We are up there every monday. And tish and i were eating lunch out, and when we came out of Applebee's it was like 58 degrees and raining! it was incredible. This fog had set in over everything and this beautiful mist was coming down, sometimes harder... and the cool breeze. It made me long for a hoodie and some coffee. I love winter by the way. Then today in Joplin it is 71 and bright blue skies. wow. Two completely different days and yet both are such blessings to me. I love how God does that.
what is not a blessing is how God made grass to grow and yet he's making it to rain every day i have free time, and i can't mow my grass! and our house is looking shady!!! i mean straight up ghetto over there at my place with the tall grass. wow.

Josh, your house is not ghetto. Our house it ghetto. The rain thing is making our yard look like we've jumped ship. The grass needs mowed and the tree limbs are still not completely cleared out of our yard from January. But even worse, is the partially painted house. I started to paint the front of the house, then the kids woke. Every free day I have had to finish painting since has been very wet. So our house is part yellow, part chipped paint, part tan, and all ugly.
